Salem Bend Ranch

Salem Bend Ranch sits on the east side of the Brazos River between Graham and Possum Kingdom Lake. Located in southeastern Young County just minutes from Graham, TX, Salem Bend Ranch is truly a unique opportunity for both sportsmen and livestock breeders! The ranch is ideally located 1.5 hours from Ft. Worth, and 2 hours from Dallas, and offers rolling to rugged mountainous terrain with a good mixture of dense woods and pasture. Perimeter and cross fences are in great shape. This would be an ideal high fenced exotic and/or whitetail ranch.

Endless recreational opportunities exist with nearly 2 miles of Brazos River frontage and over 200 acres of accessible Brazos River Authority land on the west side for added seclusion. Large live oaks and Post Oak trees are scattered throughout the ranch as well as thick mots of elms and many other varieties of trees. Electricity is tied in, and there are two water wells that service the needs of the ranch.

There are two sets of cow pens, a barn and numerous ponds/tanks that hold water most of the year. Currently the ranch is leased for hunting, as well as a grazing lease for a cow/calf operation.
