Family members who were once cotton pickers, farm owners, ranchers, and skilled hunters have collectively contributed to Phil's deep appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and a profound connection to the land.
Covering all of South Texas from San Antonio to Edinburg and Laredo, he has served as Territory Manager in medical sales, demonstrating his knack for fostering relationships and driving sales strategies. Beyond this, Phil worked as the Marketing Director for a radio station in Corpus Christi, Event Marketing Specialist, and started a successful landscape business. His diverse background equips him with the skills needed to navigate the ranch real estate industry effectively.
