Jake Mann, a native of the Houston area in Texas, was born into a family deeply rooted in the rodeo tradition. Raised in an agricultural setting, he frequently assisted in his grandfather's farming and ranching operations in Matagorda County. As his family traveled across the state for rodeos, he developed a deep appreciation for the landscapes and history of South Texas.

For over 20 years, Jake worked as a drilling hand with Shepherd Drilling, operating in counties such as Uvalde, Zavala, Dimmit, LaSalle, Frio, Medina, and Atascosa. In 2010, he embarked on a decade-long tenure at Cameron International in the oil industry, where he advanced to the position of location manager. This role enhanced his understanding of water's critical importance to the agricultural community.

Currently, Jake manages a beef and specialty cattle operation spanning 2,000 acres in Uvalde County. His strong work ethic and agricultural expertise are invaluable assets as he assists buyers and sellers in the ranch real estate market.
