Jake Mann was born and raised near Houston, Texas into a rodeo family. He grew up around agricultural often helping out on his grandfather’s farming and ranching enterprises. While his family traveled to rodeos around the state, Jake often visited South Texas becoming fond of the landscape. He started his career working as a water well drilling hand before advancing to a location manager within a large oilfield corporation over the last 10 years. The experience he gained has allowed Jake to better understand the importance of water to local farmers and ranchers. He currently runs beef cattle and specialty cattle on 2,000 acres in Uvalde County. His work ethic and agricultural background will be beneficial as he strives to help Buyers and Sellers find their ideal ranch property. Jake, his wife, and two daughters reside in Uvalde, Texas.
