Having cooperative access to collective decades of valuable experience representing legacy Land and Ranch properties, Colton continuously produces record sales and satisfied clients. Additionally, Colton is skilled in the strategic marketing of recreational, investment, and development properties of all sizes. He regularly works with Buyers and Sellers of all backgrounds including C-suite executives, Entrepreneurs, Cattle Producers, and Ranchers and has the unique ability to make any stranger feel like an old friend.
