Brian was born and raised in Midland, TX. From a young age the idea of working hard, doing things right, and maintaining a good attitude regardless of the circumstances was instilled in him while working in his family owned furniture stores. His affinity for being outdoors hunting, fishing, or just being on a ranch came from spending quality time on his family's ranch outside of Johnson City on the Pedernales. He graduated from SWTX with a degree in finance and working his way up the ladder in medical sales earning the exclusive bronze and silver club award, executive sales club representative, and field sales trainer. Prior to entering real estate he was also an accomplished sales consultant and coach.
Brian started his real estate career in land development as a top sales agent facilitating and coordinating infrastructure development and county requirements for plat, zoning, utility, and subdivision approvals. He developed and produced project budgeting forecast, cost, and comparables for profitability investment analysis and strategy. Prepared contracts and negotiated offers successfully in procuring land agreements in complex situations. By networking through client relationships, social media marketing, and building relationships achieved over $4.4M in sales his first year.
